My dad took us on a great pumpkin patch field trip. We went with a small field trip group from the local TPA homeschool co-op. It as fantastic. The children loved it! The farmer showed us all about pumpkins, we watched a video on how they choose which pumpkin seeds to plant each year, and how they grow pumpkins. Then each child was able to pick out a pumpkin to take home. Afterwards there was all kinds of fun things for the kids to play on, bouncing, and play ground equipment.
